History

Established in 1968 Wybone celebrated it's 40th Birthday in June 2008. As a manufacturer, Wybone have always been at the forfront of Litter bin, Recycling bin, Dog Waste bin design. Wybone have continued to inovate for the last 4 decades and have developed some most popular street furniture designs within the UK.

Originally based at Stairfoot in Barnsley, Wybone moved to Platts Common in 1975 to the site of the old Blackerhill Collery where it remains to this day. Now with a modern 50000 sqare feet factory it houses many of the latest Amada sheetmetal  working machines, powder coating facilities along with our GRP moulding and spraying department.
