Wybone's new Amada EM Punch is busy manufacturing External Recycling Bins whilst eliminating the need for any Hydraulic oil.

The fully electric punch utilises the very latest technology and dispenses with the need for hydraulic oils, tanks, rams and pumps and is therefore better for the environment. Using AC Direct Drive Servo motors alone to punch through steel up to 5mm thick, the machine is not only 2 x faster it is also 2 x quiter. It is also fitted with a robot sheet loader and can be programmed to run during off peak times when power demands are at their lowest.

The punch is used for the production of External Recycling Bins, Litter Bins, and Dual Recycling Bins. The 57 stations or tools means that the new punch is far more setup efficient and requires less down time. Its main customer benefit is that we can offer faster turn around on some of our quicker moving items and because of tighter manufacturing tolerances your external recycling products will be delivered quicker and with better standard of finish.
